The Carpe Diem, the first vessel in the Carpe Diem fleet, launched in 2008 and served as the impetus for the establishment of the business Carpe Diem Maldives Pvt. Ltd. The Carpe Diem was entirely constructed out of wood in the Maldives by the boat's owner, Amir Mansoor. The yacht can accommodate up to 20 passengers and has 10 staterooms spread across 3 decks. A tiny speedboat (dinghy) and a diving dhoni (tender) are present with the boat). The Carpe Diem can accommodate tours for select groups that include scuba diving, surfing, fishing, or customized cruises.The three-person local dive crew from Carpe Diem can accommodate divers of any experience level and can guarantee that divers of all nationalities have a memorable diving memory thanks to their wealth of expertise. The Carpe Diem offers the typical three dives per day on itineraries specifically designed for scuba diving. The Carpe Diem is distinguished even more by the service offered by a committed team, some of whom have worked for the business for a very long time. Standard Cabin - The SALSA, SCUBA, SURF, SMILE, SNORKEL, and SKI standard rooms are situated on the cabin deck beneath the main deck. Four of these standard accommodations are particularly spacious and have two convertible single beds into double beds. Each of the other two standard cabins has a single bed and a semi-bunk bed. Book more than 6 months in advance: 10% refund available up to 6 months prior to the start of the trip 20% non-refundable 6 months prior to the start of the trip Non-refundable balance 90 days prior to travel If you have made a reservation within 6 months after the start of your trip: 30% non-refundable Non-refundable balance 90 days prior to travel If you cancel more than 6 months before the start of the trip, you can get a refund on the deposit. Cancellations between 6 and 3 months prior to travel will be subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 90 days of the start of the trip, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Non-refundable deposit cannot be carried over to another date. Carpe diem Maldives Pvt. Ltd. does not provide a refund and does not allow any transfer of reservations for injury, flight delay, mechanical failure, weather, disease, strike, war, crime, quarantine or divine action if other guests must evacuate immediately and the vessel must return to port. Guests must have valid diving health insurance, travel insurance, and cancellation insurance.
