Cancellation refund policy

DIVEBNB CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS


A. Booking Cancellations


Cancellations need to be made in writing to grace@divebnb.net to avoid misunderstanding and DIVEBNB shall send a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.


The following cancellation fees/additional charges apply:

 

1. Individual Bookings:


a) 0-30 days


The full payable amount for early departures, no-shows, and cancellations received by DIVEBNB between 0 to 30 days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given.


b) 31-60 days


A 50% deposit is non-refundable. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.


c) Over 60 days


A 30% deposit is non-refundable. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.


2. Group and Charter Bookings:


a) 0-60 days


The full payable amount for early departures, no-shows, and cancellations received by DIVEBNB between 0 to 60 days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.


b) Over 60 days

 

 A 30% deposit is non-refundable. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.


3. Cancellations by Operator:

 

DIVEBNB shall not be responsible for any tour cancellations made by the operator. 


In case of cancellation with a (partial) refund, we will apply a 5% administration fee to cover our credit card, bank transfer, and/or handling costs incurred, in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.


B. Booking Amendments


Booking amendments by either clients or DIVEBNB need to be done by e-mail. The receiving party shall confirm the reception of the e-mail within 48 hours.


In the event of a booking amendment request, we will do our best to assist you as a guest in finding a suitable alternative trip based on the operator’s availability.


In case of amendment with a (partial) refund, we will apply a 5% administration fee to cover our credit card, bank transfer, and/or handling costs incurred. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
