Please refrain from singing loudly and drinking too much.

Please keep the time to check in and out.

When you check out, please follow the etiquette for cleaning up trash for the next customer.

Cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation 10 days before the date of use: 100% refund of the usage fee
Cancellation 7 days before the date of use: 90% refund of the usage fee
Cancellation 5 days before the date of use: 70% refund of the usage fee
Cancellation 3 days before the date of use: 50% refund of the usage fee
Cancellation one day before the date of use: 30% refund of the usage fee
Cancellation on the day of use: No refund available



If transportation (flights, ships) is canceled due to typhoons and other weather conditions, we will give you a 100% refund.
