Diver-Centric Facilities: Enjoy free access to our on-site equipment rinse area and dedicated drying station, making gear management effortless after every dive.

2. Restrictions (Important Notes)
On-site Cash Payment: All payments must be made in Cash (USD) on-site. Please inquire in advance regarding the availability of credit card payments.

Additional On-site Fees: * A $5 per person/day entrance fee for The Grotto is not included in the package and must be paid separately.

Airport pickup and sending services are available at a fee of $25 per way.

Meal Limitations: Breakfast consists of a Light American Breakfast (toast and jam only). For full meals, please visit the many restaurants located nearby.

Personal Toiletries: As this is a guesthouse-style accommodation, guests are required to bring their own personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.).

Room Upgrades: Upgrading from a dormitory to a Private Twin Room incurs an additional charge of $5 per person per night.

Safety Regulations: Access to certain dive sites (such as The Grotto) may be restricted due to adverse weather or sea conditions. These decisions are made by our guides to prioritize diver safety.

How to get there

DeepBlue, Inc. is conveniently located in the heart of Garapan, making it easy to reach from any part of the island.

1. From Saipan International Airport (SPN)
By Taxi: It takes approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Taxis are readily available at the airport arrival terminal.

Pickup Service: We offer a convenient, pre-arranged pickup and sending service.

Rate: $25 / One-way

Note: Since many flights arrive in Saipan in the early morning, we highly recommend booking our pickup service in advance for a hassle-free arrival.

Cancellation refund policy


DIVEBNB CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS

A. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations need to be made in writing to grace@divebnb.net to avoid misunderstanding and DIVEBNB shall send a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.

The following cancellation fees/additional charges apply:

1. Individual Bookings:

a) 0-60days

The full payable amount for early departures, no-shows, and cancellations received by DIVEBNB between 0 to 60days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given.

b) Over 60 days

A 30% deposit is non-refundable. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.

2. Group and Charter Bookings:

a) 0-60 days

The full payable amount for early departures, no-shows, and cancellations received by DIVEBNB between 0 to 60 days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given.

DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.

b) Over 60 days

A 30% deposit is non-refundable. DIVEBNB shall reimburse any balance already paid within 60 days but reserves the right to deduct all related bank charges from the refund.

3. Cancellations by Operator:

DIVEBNB shall not be responsible for any tour cancellations made by the operator.

In case of cancellation with a (partial) refund, we will apply a 5% administration fee to cover our credit card, bank transfer, and/or handling costs incurred,

in addition to the cancellation policy as described above. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.

B. Booking Amendments

Booking amendments by either clients or DIVEBNB need to be done by e-mail. The receiving party shall confirm the reception of the e-mail within 48 hours.

In the event of a booking amendment request, we will do our best to assist you as a guest in finding a suitable alternative trip based on the operator’s availability.

In case of amendment with a (partial) refund, we will apply a 5% administration fee to cover our credit card, bank transfer, and/or handling costs incurred.

This fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
